Withdrawal from the Contract (Returns)

We offer a 14-day return period, which means you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

An item is eligible for return only if it is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you would like to start a return, please contact us at info@drezz-up.com. If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Please also include the completed form below. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty

All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty for manufacturing defects in accordance with EU consumer law.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that are not caused by normal wear and tear, improper handling, or accidental damage.

Complaints will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (cosmetics, hygiene products, etc.). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order.


14-Day Cooling-Off Period in Europe and the USA

If your order is delivered within Europe or the USA, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging — and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days via your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

We are sorry if there is an issue with the product you received. Below you will find the steps to resolve a complaint easily.

How to File a Complaint

If the item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible at info@drezz-up.com and send us the completed complaint form below.
Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the defect

  • A photo of the defective or damaged item

We will contact you with the next steps as soon as possible.

Complaint Processing Time

Complaints are processed within 30 days of submission. We will inform you of the outcome by e-mail.


Resolution Options

If the complaint is approved, we will offer you one of the following:

  • Repair of the item

  • Replacement with a new item

  • Refund (including shipping costs)


When a Complaint Cannot Be Accepted

A complaint cannot be accepted in cases of:

  • Standard wear and tear caused by regular use

  • Mechanical damage

  • Damage caused by improper handling or maintenance contrary to guidelines
