Delivery Policy

We ship worldwide

Orders are processed in cooperation with our printing partner Printify. We ship throughout Europe, to the USA, and to other countries around the world. Shipping is always free, regardless of the order value or the number of items in the order.


Order Processing

Each product is made to order only after the purchase is completed. Production usually takes several business days. Once finished, the product is shipped directly from the printing facility closest to the customer’s address.


Delivery Time

Delivery time varies depending on the destination country and the Printify printing partner.

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Worldwide delivery: 10–20 business days

The times listed above are approximate and may vary depending on carrier workload, weather, customs inspections, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

We do not charge any fees for delivery. The zero shipping cost is also displayed during checkout.


Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and, if available, a tracking number.


Undelivered or Lost Shipments

If your shipment does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us using the email listed in the contact section. We will verify the situation and help resolve it.


Multiple Packages in One Order

Since products are made to order in different Printify printing facilities, items from a single order may be delivered in separate packages.


Carriers

Delivery is handled by various international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, DPD, and others.
The specific carrier cannot be selected manually — Printify automatically chooses the most suitable option based on the location and printing facility.
