Welcome to the drezz-up store! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the drezz-up store. The drezz-up store operates this shop and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customers, with a personalized shopping experience (collectively referred to as the “Services”). drezz-up uses Shopify, a third-party platform that enables us to provide the Services to you. Please note that the drezz-up store is not a VAT payer. All prices are therefore listed without VAT.
The Terms below, together with all policies referenced herein (the “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and obligations when using the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights and include, for example, disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in the state or province in which you reside, and that you have given us your consent to allow your minor dependents to use the Services on devices that you own, purchase, or manage.
To use the Services, including accessing our online stores or browsing or purchasing any of the products or services offered, you may be asked to provide certain information such as your email address or billing, payment, and shipping details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide in our stores is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide it.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account login details and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if we determine that you have provided false information or violated these Terms of Service.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to display our products and services as accurately as possible in our online stores. Please note, however, that the colors or appearance of products may differ from how they appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and the settings and configuration of your device. Product photographs are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual product.
We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of the products or services you purchase will meet your expectations or will be identical to the images or descriptions in our online stores.
All product descriptions may be changed at any time without prior notice at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of products offered to any person, in any geographic region, or in any jurisdiction. Product availability is not guaranteed and may vary depending on supplier stock. Products are printed on demand in various printing facilities, and therefore they may be delivered in multiple packages.
SECTION – WARRANTY
All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty for manufacturing defects in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
This warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship that are not caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, or failure to follow care instructions.
If you believe your product has a defect, please contact us at info@drezz-up.com with a description and photo(s) of the issue.
All warranty claims are processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. The drezz-up store reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until the drezz-up store confirms its acceptance. Before we accept an order, we must receive and process your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as after the order is accepted, drezz-up may not be able to accommodate requests for cancellation. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you via email, billing information, and/or telephone number provided at the time the order was placed.
Your purchases may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your personal or household use, not for resale or export. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other inconsistencies.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect at the time the order is submitted and will be stated in the order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs fees, or import duties.
Prices published in our online stores may differ from prices offered in other stores operated by third parties. From time to time, we may offer promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are subject to terms separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms will prevail.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made in our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card number, and expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if necessary.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use the credit card for the purchase, (iii) the charges incurred will be honored by your credit card issuer, and (iv) you will pay the charges incurred at the posted prices, including shipping and handling fees and any applicable taxes. Relevant shipping fees and any taxes or customs duties are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery location.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products are produced and shipped through our partners on the Printify platform. Items may be shipped using different carriers, most commonly USPS, UPS, DHL, or DPD, depending on the production location and the destination country.

These times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier workload, customs controls, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages if products are manufactured in different Printify facilities.
Once the package is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the shipping company. If you experience delivery issues, you may contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our services, including but not limited to all trademarks, branding, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are the property of drezz-up, its affiliates, or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the relevant countries.
These Terms allow you to use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material related to the Services. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, nothing herein grants or shall be interpreted as granting any license or rights under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of drezz-up, Shopify, or any third party. Unauthorized use of the Services may violate federal and state intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by drezz-up.
The names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans of drezz-up are trademarks of drezz-up or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use these trademarks without the prior written consent of drezz-up. The name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans of Shopify are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans appearing in the Services are trademarks of their respective owners. Our intellectual property rights are protected and enforceable internationally. Any commercial use of our branding, logos, or content without our consent is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools through the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control over.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use of optional tools offered through the Services is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and agree to the terms on which the tools are provided by the applicable third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new features through the Services (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features shall also be considered part of the Services and shall be subject to these Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, applications, widgets, payment gateways, analytics tools, or third-party marketing services.

Before engaging in any transaction, carefully review the third party’s policies and practices and ensure you understand them. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the third party. SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The drezz-up store is operated on the Shopify platform, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases made in our store occur directly between you and drezz-up. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and drezz-up, including any injury, harm, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with drezz-up.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal data we collect through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you can review here [LINK], and certain personal data may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy, which you can review here. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal data about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services. The information you submit to the Services will be transferred to and shared with Shopify and third parties, which may be located in countries other than the one where you reside, for the purpose of providing the Services to you. We do not assume responsibility for the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information provided in the Services. If we have already confirmed your order by email, any subsequent changes to prices or availability will not apply to that order.

You may access and use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not access or use the Services directly or indirectly:

(a) upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in a way that affects the functionality or operation of the Services;
(b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Services;
(c) collect or track the personal information of others;
(d) engage in spamming, phishing, pharming, pretexting, spidering, crawling, or scraping; or
(e) interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Services or any related website, other websites, or the Internet.
We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if we determine that you have violated any part of these Terms.

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part thereof) at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
The following sections will survive termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY drezz-up, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT, REPRESENT, OR GUARANTEE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, drezz-up, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, AS WELL AS SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, SHALL IN NO CASE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED USING THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.
SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless drezz-up, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising from (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or any documents incorporated by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that failure to promptly notify you does not relieve you of your obligations unless you suffer material prejudice. We may control the defense and settlement of such a claim at your expense, including selecting legal counsel, but we will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (which cannot be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including providing relevant documents. This provision is governed by the law specified in the Governing Law section of these Terms.
SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service. You and drezz-up agree to the venue and personal jurisdiction of these courts.
