1. Seller information

“We”, “us” and “our” mean the seller identified above. “You” means the customer or website visitor.

Shopify provides our ecommerce platform. DREZZ-UP is the seller responsible for your purchase.

2. Scope and related policies

These terms apply to use of our website and purchases from DREZZ-UP, together with:

Nothing in these documents excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights. Mandatory legal protection prevails over any inconsistent general wording.

3. Products and size selection

Products are described on their individual product pages. Review the description, selected colour, size and applicable size guide before ordering:

We aim to present products accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect colour appearance, but do not remove our obligation to supply conforming goods.

Selecting the wrong size is not by itself a defect or seller error. It does not remove an applicable statutory withdrawal right or the voluntary US return offer.

Supplying an item or size different from the one ordered is handled under our complaint and conformity rules.

4. Orders and electronic confirmation

Before submitting your order, review the products, selected variants, delivery details and total payable to us.

By submitting an order, you request the purchase of the selected goods on the displayed terms. You will receive electronic confirmation of your order.

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details so we can process the order and contact you where necessary.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of genuine unavailability, an obvious error or another lawful reason, we will inform you. Any payment that must be returned will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

We will not substitute a different product or increase an agreed order price without your agreement. This clause does not create an unrestricted right for us to cancel an accepted purchase or remove your statutory remedies.

5. Prices and payment

The applicable currency, product prices and total payable to DREZZ-UP are shown during ordering. Shipping charges and any taxes or other charges collected by us are appropriately displayed before you place the order.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Prices and offers may change for future purchases. Changes do not retrospectively alter the agreed price of an existing purchase.

Free shipping refers to delivery charges. Where import duties, import taxes or similar charges apply and are not collected by us at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient where permitted by applicable law. See our Shipping Policy:

6. Production, shipping and delivery

Our products are made to order and fulfilled through Printify. Production and delivery times vary by product, fulfilment location, carrier and destination.

Delivery estimates presented during ordering are indicative unless a guaranteed date is expressly agreed. This does not restrict mandatory rights relating to delayed or failed delivery.

We do not offer free or unrestricted worldwide delivery.

If no shipping option is available for the destination and order combination, the order cannot be completed for that destination.

DREZZ-UP remains your point of contact for delivery problems. We do not transfer all delivery risk to you merely by handing goods to our carrier.

7. Withdrawal, voluntary returns and exchanges

For eligible EU online consumer purchases, the statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 calendar days from receipt, subject to applicable law.

DREZZ-UP separately offers US customers a voluntary 14-calendar-day change-of-mind return period. Customers elsewhere retain their mandatory local rights.

Customers pay the direct cost of ordinary change-of-mind returns, including returns due to selecting the wrong size, where legally permitted and properly disclosed before purchase.

Prior approval, unused condition, original packaging and intact tags are not absolute conditions of statutory withdrawal. Any deduction for diminished value must comply with applicable law.

An ordinary exchange may be handled through a return and a separate new order, subject to availability. Statutory replacement rights remain unaffected.

8. Made-to-order and personalised products

Making a product after purchase does not, by itself, make it legally personalised or remove statutory withdrawal rights.

Standard DREZZ-UP designs in standard selectable sizes or colours are not automatically personalised goods.

Only genuinely individually specified or clearly personalised goods may fall within a valid statutory exception, which must be properly disclosed before purchase.

Starting production or taking payment does not by itself remove a withdrawal right.

9. Faulty goods, conformity and complaints

We are responsible for supplying goods that conform to the description, ordered item, agreed characteristics and other mandatory conformity requirements.

Rights are not limited to manufacturing defects. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, remedies include repair, replacement, a proportionate price reduction or termination of the purchase with a refund.

Normal wear, customer-caused damage, misuse or improper washing does not by itself establish a valid complaint. These circumstances do not justify a blanket denial of statutory withdrawal.

Contact DREZZ-UP directly about complaints. You do not have to pursue Printify, a print provider or the carrier. For a valid complaint, we bear the reasonable costs legally required of the seller.

For consumer purchases governed by Czech law, defects becoming apparent within two years of receipt are subject to the applicable statutory conformity rules. This is not an unconditional guarantee against all damage.

For Czech-law consumer complaints, we will resolve the complaint and inform you of the outcome within 30 days unless you expressly agree to a longer period.

10. Refused or uncollected parcels

If you wish to withdraw, notify us clearly. Refusing or failing to collect a parcel is not, by itself, a clear withdrawal notice.

For an unjustified refusal or failure to collect after a proper delivery or collection opportunity, we may seek reimbursement or make a deduction only for actual, reasonable and demonstrable costs caused by that failure, where legally permitted.

No automatic penalty applies. Any costs will be explained and remain subject to applicable consumer, withdrawal and refund rules.

This clause does not make you responsible for non-delivery caused by us, the carrier, an incorrect seller-side shipment or another circumstance for which you are not responsible.

11. Accounts and website use

Keep account access details secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights or interference with its security or operation.

We may reasonably restrict access to address misuse or a security threat. This does not remove rights relating to existing purchases, refunds or complaints.

12. Intellectual property

Rights in website content, branding, photographs and designs remain with their respective rights holders.

You may use the website and its content as reasonably necessary to browse and make a purchase. Further reproduction or commercial use requires the relevant permission unless permitted by law.

These terms do not claim ownership of third-party rights or imply an unestablished affiliation.

13. Personal data and third-party services

Using the website is not blanket consent to all processing or marketing. Where consent is required, it must be obtained through an appropriate separate mechanism.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy information. Their involvement does not remove DREZZ-UP’s obligations as the seller or under applicable data-protection law.

14. Responsibility

We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, statutory conformity rights, or obligations to provide applicable refunds and remedies.

Website interruptions do not extinguish rights relating to an existing purchase.

15. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Czech law.

This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protection under the law that would otherwise apply, including applicable protection in their country of habitual residence.

Your right to bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law remains unaffected. These terms do not impose exclusive jurisdiction contrary to mandatory consumer protection.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future website use and future orders.

Updates do not retrospectively change an existing purchase or remove rights already acquired.

If a provision cannot lawfully be applied, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
